This easy Whipped Feta with Honey dip is the kind of recipe you’ll want to serve with everything! Perfect for spreading on warm bread, dunking crunchy crudités, or just scooping straight from the bowl. Creamy, salty feta blended until smooth and drizzled with local, homemade hot honey .

Cheese is my own personal kryptonite when it comes to food - in all forms. And apart from when it's crumbled atop my Chicken Enchiladas, the next best thing you can do with feta (apart from deep fry it in filo pastry) is whip it and serve it with hot honey.
The real bonus is that it's two recipes in one:
- You can serve it as above (whipped feta with honey drizzled on top) alongside crudities or fresh, warm bread for dipping.
- Or you can mix the hot honey through the whipped feta - rather than serving on top - and use it as a base for other dishes. Like these whipped feta and confit tomato tarts below.

Ingredients for Whipped Feta and Honey

- Dairy: Feta, Cream cheese and greek yoghurt
- Other ingredients: Olive oil, local honey, lemon, vinegar and chilli flakes
How To Make Whipped Feta with Honey
Whip the feta, cream cheese, greek yoghurt, olive oil and lemon zest in a blender until smooth - spread on a plate for serving.

Make the hot honey by adding the honey, chilli flakes and vinegar to a small sauce pan. Simmer until thickened slightly, then pour on top of the whipped feta.

Serve the whipped feta with honey dip alongside homemade crostinis by cutting slices of French baguette, spray with olive oil and cook in airfryer or oven until golden brown.

Storage
You can store the whipped feta in the fridge for up to 5 days in an airtight container (without the honey). I would not recommend freezing.
The hot honey is better drizzled warm over the feta, so I would recommend making that fresh when serving or use a pre-made hot honey such as this one from Beehype Honey.

I’ve been on a bit of a food journey this year both to improve health but also variety in my diet! Feta is a new addition and this version of feta is phenomenal! I’ve had this as a dip with veggies and as a filling for a variation on the tomato tarts (slightly impatient on the confit) - Thank you for sharing Lauren x
