This easy Whipped Feta with Honey dip is the kind of recipe you’ll want to serve with everything! Perfect for spreading on warm bread, dunking crunchy crudités, or just scooping straight from the bowl.
Whip feta: add 200 g feta , 3 tablespoon cream cheese, 2 tablespoon greek yoghurt, 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil and zest of 1 lemon into blender and blitz until smooth - spread on a plate for serving, ready to be topped with the hot honey
Make the hot honey by adding the 2 tablespoon honey, ¼ teaspoon chilli flakes and 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar to a small sauce pan. Simmer until thickened slightly, then pour on top of the whipped feta
Optional: Ssrve with homemade crostinis by cutting slices of French baguette, spray with olive oil and cook in airfryer for 4 minutes at 190C / 375F, turn over and spray with olive oil again then cook for further 4 minutes
