If you were a big fan of the OG Nandos Chicken Wrap (the one that had the coriander yoghurt in it), then this recipe is for you! Using Nandos marinade and sauces, it's the perfect easy 30 minute mid-week meal.

I love Nando's, but I don't love the price point nowadays...

So when you get that craving for some peri peri chicken, you can now easily make them at home!
Ingredients For Nando's Chicken Wrap

- Chicken: breast or thighs would work - whatever you like!
- Sauces: Nandos Marinade, Nando's Chilli Jam, Nando's Perinaise
- Coriander Yogurt: Greek Yoghurt, Fresh Coriander, Lemon Juice (optional)
- Halloumi
- Lettuce
- White Wraps
How To Make Nando's Chicken Wrap
Coriander Yoghurt
Make coriander yoghurt by mixing together greek yoghurt and finally chopped coriander, with optional lemon juice. Alternatively, blitz it all up in a blender until combined.

Nando's Chicken and Halloumi
Cut up chicken breast into mini fillets / strips and coat in Nando's marinade.
To cook chicken, either:
- Oven: add chicken to a tinfoil lined baking tray & cook in oven preheated to 200C (fan) / 390F for approx 18 minutes
- Airfryer: airfry at 200C for 14 minutes
- Hob: pan-fry in a frying pan on the hob until cooked through

To cook halloumi, either :
- Hob: dry fry (in a frying pan with no oil) sliced halloumi
- Airfryer: airfry until golden and blistered

Nando's Chicken Wrap Assembly
Assemble wrap as seen in process shots - coriander yoghurt, chilli jam, chopped lettuce.

Then halloumi and cooked chicken.

To seal the wrap, pinch in at the sides and fold from the bottom over to the top. Roll as you go to seal it over.

Bring closed wrap to the bottom of the tinfoil and then roll it up in tinfoil.
Optional but recommended: airfry the sealed wrap or grill on George Foreman for a few minutes then enjoy with your choice of sides.

Storage and Reheating
Both marinated chicken and cooked chicken (pre and post cook) for the Nando's Chicken Wrap can be stored in the fridge for 4 days.
To reheat, simply microwave until piping hot.
I wouldn't recommend reheating the whole wrap - as the lettuce will be soggy and the wrap will lose its structure.
What To Serve With Nandos Chicken Wrap?
Nandos offer a whole range of sides, so I'd stick with their options, such as:
- chips (with peri-peri salt)
- spicy rice
- garlic bread
- salad
- coleslaw
