Make dressing by whisking together: 4 tablespoon olive oil, 2 tablespoon white vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, ½ teaspoon dried oregano, ½ teaspoon dried mint, ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon white pepper
Thinly slice cabbage (see 'Hack' in post above for achieving perfectly shredded cabbage) and add to dressing
Let it marinate for an hour or so to achieve the best outcome!
