Add 2 tablespoon vegetable oil, 500 g mince (season with salt & pepper), 1 teaspoon garlic paste & 1 teaspoon ginger paste to deep sided pan / wok - fry until meat has browned on medium/high heat
Add 200 g mushrooms (chopped) and 1 whole broccoli (chopped) - cook with lid on (using a dash of water if required) until vegetables have softened (approx 5-10mins)
Whilst vegetables are cooking, add the following ingredients into a bowl to make the sauce - 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 3 tablespoon dark soy, 3 tablespoon oyster sauce, 2 tablespoon rice vinegar and 2 tablespoon sugar
Add straight-to-wok 140 g noodles & sauce to pan - fry on high heat for a couple of minutes to combine before serving
