Eton Mess
Super easy, super quick dessert option for when you want something fancy without the mega time investment 😆

Ingredients
- 1 pack meringues I used 2 x mini meringues per person
- 1 pack raspberries (chopped
- 2 pack strawberries 1 for sauce, 1 chopped
- 300 ml double cream
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blitz up 1 pack of strawberries to make your sauce (blending your strawberries can heat up the mixture, so be careful not to over blend, and then place in the fridge to cool down whilst you prep the rest )
- Chop up other pack of strawberries and mix with raspberries
- Whip double cream with vanilla extract and sugar to make whipped Chantilly cream
- Break up meringues into chunks
- Assemble Eton mess by layering cream, fresh berries, sauce on top of each other
- Finish with optional icing sugar sprinkle on top
