The perfect option if you decide at 4pm you want prawn tacos. I've created this recipe as a round up for all the elements I'd make for a taco recipe - enjoy!
Add all ingredients (oil, lime juice + cajun spice) to prawns
Airfry at 200C for 7 minutes (alternatively cook in a frying pan on the hob until prawns have turn opaque from translucent)
Salsa
Chop the top off tomato (discard), then slice in half
Discard the insides (seeds) and then slice into thin matches and then into cubes
Finely chop up spring onion, red onion and coriander
Add tomatoes into bowl with finely chopped items and add lime juice and salt, mix to combine
Guacamole
Prepare ingredients: juice lime, finely chop red chilli, coriander & red onion, slice and chop tomato into cubes (discarding the seeds) and slice up avocado in a bowl using a fork and knife
Combine all ingredients together
Cabbage
Thinly slice cabbage and add to dressing (all other ingredients whisked together)
