That isn’t traditional because of the additions of salmon, garlic, mustard … I could go on! I should call it seafood chowder and be done with it but I’m not bowing down to the pressure now. I’ll do a strictly classic one at a later date!
Mushrooms make for some tasty soup! Garnish it with some fresh thyme and truffle oil and you’re in for a treat.
I would have prawn cocktail for starter, main and dessert if I could sometimes – classic for a reason!
